Ordering and Pick Up

Please allow 2 days so we can fill your order. Pick up at Graze is Monday-Saturday 9AM-3PM. Please email grazechelmsford@gmail.com to confirm your pick up day and time. If you haven’t heard back within 1 business day please check your spam inbox; sometimes my emails end up there!

If placing an order through email or messages, an invoice will be sent via email or text to pay with a CC. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the quality and perishability of products, we do not offer full refunds. Platterbox cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the requested pick up date to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the pick up date since the food has already been purchased and prepped.
